This 10-week series will start on December 2nd and run through February 15th. Please note that we will be skipping the week of Christmas (December 23rd, 25th, and 28th).
You can choose to attend classes once per week or twice per week.

Pelvic Floor Health Expertise: Our team of experienced trainers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation. They can address common postpartum issues like incontinence, pelvic pain, and diastasis recti. So if you need a little extra attention, we've got you!

- OR Unlimited class membership with key code gym access $128/month
