Introduction to Pilates Workshops are led by Cal Poly Kinesiology Intern, Ava Snider. Learn the fundamentals of Pilates both with a modified chair option and an introduction to classical Mat Pilates. As always, our classes are adaptable and modifiable to all abilities. We hope to see you there!

Modified Chair Pilates at 10am
Modified chair pilates is perfect for beginners and seniors, this low-impact workout improves flexibility, balance, and core strength—all from the comfort of a chair! Whether you're easing into exercise or looking for a safe and effective way to stay active, chair Pilates is a fun and supportive way to move your body and feel your best with no experience needed! Mat Pilates at 11am New to Mat Pilates? This beginner class is the perfect place to start! Both on and off the mat, we will use resistance bands and light weights to gradually increase muscle strength, mobility, and body awareness in a variety of positions. No experience needed, just a willingness to move and learn about the benefits of classical and sculpt pilates! |
