This workshop is designed to demystify "the gym" and show you how to perform essential movement patterns in a way that is safe, adaptive, and effective for your unique body.
Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time or looking to break through a plateau in your current routine, this workshop provides the roadmap for long-term progress.

- The Blueprint of Human Movement: Learn the core functional patterns—squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and hinging—that translate to both daily life and athletic performance.
- Safety & Adaptation: Our expert staff will teach you how to modify any exercise to meet your current level, ensuring you move without pain or risk of injury.
- Equipment Introduction: We will begin with bodyweight mechanics to perfect your form, then introduce you to the proper use of kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells.
- Programming for Progress: Understand how to start a routine from scratch and, more importantly, how to safely progress your intensity over time.
- Ongoing Resources: Attendees will receive additional resources during and after the class to help guide their fitness journey at home or in the gym.

Donation based class. All donations go to the Movement Collective Scholarship Fund, to fund movement opportunities for our community aiding in classes, personal training, massage, gym memberships, and more. Suggested donation between $10-$25
