“Caregiving often calls us to lean into a love we didn’t know possible.”
Providing care to a loved one can be a physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging task. It requires sacrifice and selflessness. While caregiving, it is normal to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, or even burnt out.
To all of our amazing caregivers, Paso Robles Physical Therapy hopes to bring you a day of fun, relaxation, and self-care. Please join us for art therapy led by artist Steve Kalar. The day will include an instructed art lesson, breathwork meditation, and an opportunity to create a community with other caregivers.
Artist Steve Kalar studied and spent 30 years in Firenze, Italia prior to returning to the central coast. His accolades include an acceptance into La Societa delle Belle Arti Circolo degli Artisti. His art is showcased in Firenze and locally, exemplifying his signature technique of light and color.
